MechanoProtein DataBase (MechanoPro-DB) is a freely available database that stores information about the mechanical properties of proteins including the unfolding forces, contours lengths, energy landscape parameters. More importantly, a manual annotation of the unfolding process and pathway are provided.

Protein structures are classified according to SCOP annotations

Proteins composed of beta sheets have been shown to unfold at higher forces than those composed of alpha helixes

Force range of all available proteins clustered according to their functional category
